A solid fourteen carat yellow gold chain, or necklace. This necklace has a quite unique appearance. It is a combination of a two different style of links, traditional round link combined with a fancy 'bow' style links.  The necklace features a lobster style clasp which is very secure and well made, sitting nicely within the overall design of the necklace.

Just away from the clasp, either side, it is stamped with "585" for fourteen carat yellow gold, and on the reverse "star gold", the makers information, as can be seen from the photograph. This is a very high quality chain, as mentioned before it is deceptive, weighing just over forty grams. It is twenty two inches in length, so a very comfortable size, wearing a little lower down from the neck. Made in Europe, circa 1990's.
